Louis Stern

John D. Gray Professor Emeritus of Marketing Northwestern University

Professor Stern, the leading worldwide expert on distribution channels,  joined the Kellogg School of Management faculty in 1973, where his research has focused on issues related to distribution and antitrust issues.  His research has appeared in a wide variety of marketing, legal, and behavioral science journals.  He is the lead author of the definitive text Marketing Channels (Prentice-Hall, 8th Ed., 2014).

Eric T. Anderson

Hartmarx Professor of Marketing, Chair of Marketing Department, Director of the Center for Global Marketing Practice

Professor Anderson’s expertise at the Kellogg School of Management includes pricing strategy, new products, and channel management. His research appears in scholarly journals such as Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Economic. He is currently co-editor for the marketing area of Management Science.

Anne Coughlan

Polk Bros. Chair in Retailing, Professor of Marketing

Professor Coughlan joined the Kellogg School of Management faculty in 1985, where her main research interests are around distribution channels, sales force management and compensation, and pricing. Dr. Coughlan was co-author of Marketing Channels through its seventh edition. She serves as Associate Editor and member of the editorial board of the journal Marketing Science, as Editor in Chief of the Marketing Research Network, Quantitative Marketing e-Journal, and the Marketing Science e-Journal.
